1. About Us

This website is operated under the trading name WMB Golf Co.

The legal entity is WMB Design Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

By placing an order, purchasing a product, or sending items to us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

WMB Golf Co provides custom golf club services including, but not limited to:

  • Laser engraving
  • Cosmetic refurbishment
  • Custom marking or personalisation

All services involve permanent modification of customer-owned equipment.

3. Physical Products (Ball Markers, Divot Tools & Accessories)

WMB Golf Co also sells physical golf accessories including ball markers, divot tools, bag tags, and related items.

Products are supplied as either:

  • Standard (non-personalised) items, or
  • Personalised or custom-made items

Product Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and previews are accurate.

Minor variations in colour, finish, engraving depth, or material appearance may occur due to manufacturing and finishing processes and do not constitute defects.

Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made products are produced to customer specifications.

In accordance with UK consumer law:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable once production has begun, unless faulty
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct
  • WMB Golf Co is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a physical product is faulty or damaged upon receipt:

  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with statutory consumer rights

This does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Standard (non-personalised) products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • Personalised products are exempt from the right to cancel once production has started

4. Customer-Owned Property

All golf clubs and equipment submitted to WMB Golf Co remain the property of the customer.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Items may show signs of wear, fatigue, corrosion, or previous modification
  • Some defects may not be visible prior to work commencing

WMB Golf Co is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing damage, material defects, or prior modifications.

5. Inherent Risk & Permanent Alteration

By placing an order or submitting equipment, the customer accepts that:

  • Engraving and refurbishment permanently alter the club
  • Cosmetic variation, finish changes, or surface marks may occur
  • Outcomes may vary depending on material type, coating, age, and prior use

Minor cosmetic variation does not constitute a defect.

6. Liability for Damage

WMB Golf Co takes reasonable care when handling customer-owned property.

If damage is directly caused by our workmanship, our liability shall be limited to one of the following at our discretion:

  • Re-performing the service, or
  • Refunding the cost of the service provided for the affected item

We do not accept liability for:

  • The replacement value of customer-owned clubs
  • Loss of performance, resale value, or sentimental value
  • Damage resulting from pre-existing defects or material failure

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

7. Customer Satisfaction

Due to the bespoke and irreversible nature of custom engraving and personalised products:

  • All sales are final once work has begun
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic preference

Customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering with any questions.

8. Shipping & Transit

Customers are responsible for:

  • Packaging clubs securely when sending items to us
  • Choosing an appropriate insured delivery method

WMB Golf Co is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit to us.

Where return shipping is arranged by WMB Golf Co:

  • Items are insured only to the declared value
  • Liability is limited to the courier's compensation policy

9. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary due to workload, item condition, or unforeseen circumstances.

WMB Golf Co is not liable for delays outside reasonable control.

10. Insurance

WMB Golf Co maintains appropriate business insurance.

Customers are advised to ensure their own equipment is adequately insured prior to shipment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
